Handpicked Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our vineyard, the fruit was instantly pressed, cooled and transferred into seasoned french oak hogsheads for 6 months on lees. Full malolactic fermentation, this wine is all about texture and length on the palate. The Piccadilly Valley sub-region in which we reside and optimal growing conditions in 2021 have led to a wine full of flavour with plenty of acidity to match. 692 bottles produced.
